Was on a road trip when I encountered trouble with my bike in Kansas, contacted the Fort Collins dealership and found the had the part I needed. Made my bike useable to get to Fort Collins and purchased the parts and service needed to proceed. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond the call to get me back on the road. Needless to say when I left their shop I was riding as comfortable as I was when the bike was new. 2014 Indian Chief Classic, which after this trip has 70,000+ miles on it.
